Adora Downs welcomes coach groups to enjoy an unique outback farm stay experience. Enjoy the dazzling sunsets of Queensland's Darling Downs, the magnificent clear starlit night skies and the sounds of nature in a quiet, peaceful environment. Accommodation is booked exclusively for your group with no other groups accommodated overnight, providing security and safety for your group with no outsiders. The all inclusive groups can accommodate up to 50 guests along with camp style facilities for approximately 70 guests. The lodges are twin/multi-share/single accommodation and features Aussie bush atmosphere with amenities (showers and toilets). Guests are accommodated in the historical lodges on the property, the largest of these is "Tyson Manor" which has 9 rooms and accommodates up to 18 people. All the lodges have some historical significance relating to the property or the surrounding district. Tour leaders are usually accommodated in the homestead, a 1935 Queenslander which has three double bedrooms, all with ensuite and are very nicely appointed. Guests can relax on the verandah and take in the Aussie country atmosphere.
Guests are accommodated in the historical lodges on the property and have the use of all amenities including the Skimming Pool, Tennis Court, Golf Course and a variety of other ball game amenities. Activities for guests to participate in include hay rides, cow milking, animal feeding, whip cracking, boomerang throwing and bush campfire lunches with billy tea and damper. Other activities include swimming, tennis, golf on a 3 hole 3-par course, ball games, bush dancing, sing alongs and lots more. The Bush School is used for teaching english to overseas visitors.
A variety of animals reside in Noahs Park and are part of the unique appeal of Adora Downs. This is a favourite part of the complex for many visitors (national and international). Some of the animals include pet kangaroos and wallabies (raised on the farm), alpacas, goats, ducks, sheep, beef and dairy cattle, horses, deer, turkeys, chickens and lots of native Australian wildlife.
